S&A Polymers Implement new Aries 70A twin ram baler & infeed Conveyor

Soaroc International are an innovative, rapidly growing plastics re-processor based in the UK. They operate a large reprocessing facility in Nottinghamshire, They store, sort and reprocess hundreds of tonnes of plastic each week. S & A polymers recently took delivery of their Aries 70A Twin Ram Baling machine manufactured and installed by Ken Mills Engineering Ltd. Their new machine has been installed at their Nottinghamshire depot to bale all their mixed plastic waste. The new Twin ram machines enabled S&A Polymers to minimise

storage space required for the incoming materials and bale far more efficiently, reducing time and staffing levels. The Aries 70A baler has been purchased to a varied mix of hard and soft plastics.

The Aries 70A baling machines and conveyors are designed and built in house, in the UK by Ken Mills Engineering. All equipment is designed using the latest in 3D modelling techniques helping to design and manufacture more efficiently.

Also installed at their sites are the newly designed infeed chain conveyors. This new design enables the conveyor to be serviced easily and the conveyor belt is fitted with a rubber side wall stopping debris entering inside the inner workings of the conveyor reducing the cleaning\maintenance.  Our balers and chain conveyors can design to suit customer requirements.
